Candidate Message: I am Cynthia Cavalie-Gonzalez, and I am running for the office of President of the California Association of Licensed Investigators. As your VP of Investigative Services my mission has been Education for our members and continued Growth of the organization. As President I am confident that we can grow CALI into the world’s leading organization for education and training for the advancement of investigators and security professionals. We will always advocate the needs and interests of the professions before legislative, administrative, and judicial branches of government.
A good leader recognizes that if their organization is not growing, it’s dying. If elected my first plan is to revitalize our membership by forming a task force focused on promoting outreach to students at universities statewide to grow our pre-licensee membership, build our out-of state membership with nationwide events and also re-establish relationships with members who have left the organization.
Working together, we can develop greater conferences with world-class keynote speakers that draw nationwide attention - I can assure you that we can do this and remain fiscally responsible. With Hard Work, Commitment, Transparency, Dedication, and joined by a team of professionals dedicated to the advancement of CALI we will make this the best and most respected PI organization in the world.
I hope you will trust in me to continue serving in the best interests of the members of CALI. My name is Cynthia Cavalie-Gonzalez, and I am asking for your support and your vote. Thank you.
